Amanda Hare, Executive Editor-in-Chief and Executive News Editor

Amanda Hare is a senior at Prosper High School and works as Executive Editor-in-Chief for Eagle Nation Online. She competes in UIL Journalism and has won awards in all five events including state runner-up headline writer twice. Amanda enjoys listening to music -- specifically Taylor Swift -- dancing, spending time with her friends and playing with her dog. After high school, Amanda plans to attend Texas A&M University in College Station to major in marketing and business honors and minor in journalism.

In her office, counselor Michelle Roach holds her gift. Students created Project Querencia to give gifts to teacher and administrators. “I started Project Querencia during COVID-19, founder and president and Coppell student Shraavya Pydisetti said. When I saw the global shutdown of activities and the way people have been struggling, I felt like we had to do something to make a difference so I brought a group of students to start helping. Soon I realized that I fell in love with helping people and I thought that bringing students together that want to change the world would make such a huge impact and so, on June 19, Project Querencia was established.

As concerned Prosper residents, we must act now to submit our strong opposition to all Segment B considerations, the protest poster said. If Option B is ultimately selected by TxDOT, this would result in a freeway the size and scope of U.S. 75/Central in our backyard and a materially negative impact to the town we call home.

Bootcamp is footballs intensive training camp to prepare for off-season and next season. It will last for how long it takes for all athletes to have a perfect day, or a day where all drills are done correctly.
