Welcome to Eagle Nation Online, the student voice of Prosper High School. ENO’s mission is to inform and entertain the student body through articles, graphics and photographs. Student journalists do all the work as adviser Lisa Roskens oversees the process.

Eagle Nation Online has received global, national and state recognition for its writing, photography and coverage.
ENO’s work can be found at “The Best of SNO,” or The Best of Student Newspapers Online, website. More than 70 pieces have been published there since the fall of 2018. See our most recent Best of SNO stories here. In addition, the newspaper is ranked among the top news sites in the nation, having earned all six of the “Distinguished Site” badges offered during the 2018-2019, 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, and 2024-2025 school years. Eagle Nation Online has also earned the Quill and Scroll Honor Society’s “Gallup Award,” marking it as one of the top student newspapers in the world. In 2021-2022 and 2022-2023, ENO also earned Pacemaker nominations from the National Scholastic Press Association.
ENO’s work can also be found at the “The Interscholastic League Press Conference’s Individual Achievement Award” as well as the award pages hosted by “The Texas Association of Journalism Educators.” In the Interscholastic League Press Conference rankings, the online newspaper has received a prestigious Star Award for the last five years, including bronze in 2018-2019, silver in 2019-2020, gold in 2020-2021, silver in 2021-2022, bronze in 2022-2023 and silver in 2023-2024. ENO was also awarded “The Gold Crown Award” by the Columbia Scholastic Press Association in 2024.
In addition, adviser Lisa Roskens has received The Trailblazer award from TAJE as well as the Edith Fox King Award from the ILPC.
