Pictured above, Hocus Pocus 2, released on Disney Plus, plays on sophomore Erica Deutschs TV. Deutsch, a fan of the original movie, reflects on the movie through the review below. This movie was exciting to watch as it is a continuation of the first one released in 1993, Deutsch said. Its funny and for the most part, a good watch for the whole family to enjoy.

To set the chilling scene, each of these images depict a forest from fiction writer Brook Murphrees story. She used art from pxhere.com, rawpixel.com and flickr.com to create this collage with Bazaart. I got to say my favorite part of creating any story, even this one, is creating the characters and personalities they carry, Murphree said. Right now there isnt a definitive ending to this mini series, if you will, so I look forward to seeing where it goes.

Bright orange pumpkins, a ghoulish graveyard, a haunting dungeon, Mary Shelleys Frankenstein cover and bat-spider-ghost stickers come together to introduce a new seasonal series. As Halloween grows closer, writer Brooke Murphree will be publishing spooky ghost stories covering a variety of Halloween topics. I really enjoy writing little short stories, Murphree said. I see this as a fun way to practice my fictional writing skills, and start up a fun Halloween and Fall spirit. While moving around the schools Blackbox, theatre, sophomore officer Lauren Grammer and others collect candy from the snack table during the Theatre Departments Halloween Social on Wednesday, Oct. 28. This was the third social of the year, and the board of officers has plans to do more. We are trying our best to see how we can bring people together currently and how the situation may change as time goes on, Grammer said. The biggest thing is that we have to role with what happens and change as we go. Nothing is set in stone anymore, and things change last-minute all the time nowadays. It’s really just about playing it by ear and adjusting accordingly.

The Terrifying Talon Tales await Halloween listeners for replay at the attached links for today, Oct. 31. The Talon Radio team has been airing these dramas, which were written and produced by the students in the course, all week on the schools 24-hour station in honor of the Halloween holiday. The class is advised by Mike Hatch, aka @radiodjhatch on Twitter.
