Senior Erica Deutsch leads the Multi-Media section of the newspaper. This is her third year working for Eagle Nation Online. She adores photography and hopes to create a positive impact with her writing and podcasts. She is excited to publish video packages and continue sharing the powerful stories of others. Outside of school, she enjoys playing guitar, watching movies, trying new baking recipes, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

"My favorite thing about the Unified Track is the competition and how everyone gets hyped about it," York said. "We get to bond more with the kids, from just partners, you're kind of helping them, but this you get to participate too, and it's just a fun environment."

Gathered around the plant station are Lee Ryder's AP Human Geography students. The students began an agricultural project where they grew their own plant and learned to care for it. The project officially ended last week, and students will get to take their plants home for spring break.

"We're not talking about a cup here, a water bottle there," Reeves said. "We’re not talking about a straw wrapper. This is disgusting. It's horrible. When students miss tests, they may have to come in before school or stay after to take it. The new testing center gives students a place to make up those tests after school. "I think the testing center is going to be a great way for students to make up tests," Anatomy and Physiology teacher Darilyn Krempin said. "It will provide more days and times for makeups and be a huge help for teachers to ensure their students have an opportunity to get it done."

Caps in the air, senior Kaya Miller, center, celebrates the conclusion of the May 23 morning ceremony. PHS graduates, all 823, had their own favorite memories to share following the festivities, which had originally been scheduled for the evening prior, but inclement weather required a change. “My last football game season was definitely memorable. I always went with my three friends and we would make a whole tradition out of it,” Miller said. “We would get ready, go to the game and then go to either dinner at Texas Roadhouse or In-n-Out.”
