"It was bittersweet remembering that it was my last high school spring break."

Waves rolling, sophomore Elizabeth Cohorn relaxes on the beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama during spring break. This was her first time going. "I had a great time in Gulf Shores," Cohorn said. "It was very peaceful, and it was nice reading a book while hearing the ocean waves."
Eagle Brief: March 24 – 28
Grouped together on the grass, seniors Celo Dishong and Ellie York come together for a photo. The unified team is led by Coach Wright. "My favorite thing about the Unified Track is the competition and how everyone gets hyped about it," York said. "We get to bond more with the kids, from just partners, you're kind of helping them, but this you get to participate too, and it's just a fun environment."

The varsity team will play against Quinton Creek this Thursday, Feb. 27, at the Prosper High School Baseball field. The game will start at 3:30 p.m.

With Christmas decorations hanging over a street in Downtown McKinney, photographer Kate Duncan shops with her mom. McKinney adorns their town with festive apparel every December. "I love Downtown McKinney during the holidays," Duncan said. "The energy of the town is so nice. I love visiting with my mom during any time of the year."

Senior Sofia Ayala leads Eagle Nation Online as Editor-in-Chief. This is her fourth year working for Eagle Nation Online. She served as Assistant Editor for Eagle Nation Times and served as the Feature Editor in the past. Sofia is part of the varsity PHS Talonettes drill team where she enjoys dancing with her team. Senior Erica Deutsch leads the Multi-Media section of the newspaper. This is her third year working for Eagle Nation Online. She adores photography and hopes to create a positive impact with her writing and podcasts. She is excited to publish video packages and continue sharing the powerful stories of others. Outside of school, she enjoys playing guitar, watching movies, trying new baking recipes, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

A new staff member of Eagle Nation Online, freshman Eli Deutsch will be covering sports and other stories. You can find him playing baseball or hanging out with his friends.
