In the ninth episode of season two of “The Sound Spectrum,” hosts senior Victoria Byers and sophomore Ethan Chatelain share their thoughts on the winners and nominees for the 2026 Grammy awards.
The hosts discuss their overall thoughts on the albums and songs nominated, favorite and least favorite songs and who they think should have won the awards. This podcast series focuses on reviewing a variety different music projects and music in general. In this episode, Byers and Chatelain discuss how the awards were ranked, along with how they felt about the nominees along with their albums and songs. Some of the songs mentioned are “Anxiety” by Doechii, “luther” by Kendrick Lamar and SZA, “Golden” from the movie K-Pop Demon Hunters, “Abracadabra” by Lady Gaga and more. Next episode, the two plan on reviewing American rapper and record producer ASAP Rocky’s fourth studio album “Don’t Be Dumb.”
