Inside out is a podcast where we talk about mental health at PHS, what the challenges are and how to cope with it. With this, the podcast will discuss our emotional, psychological, and social well-being, which impacts how we think, feel and act, and is crucial for handling stress, relating to others and making choices at every life stage.

This podcast hopes to provide resources to students struggling with mental illness by talking about the importance of mental health. This episode includes counselors Stephanie Clayton and Megan Howell who take a deep dive into how they help students. Hoping to reach a broader audience, host Amelia Hamilton and producer Srinitha Arikati start this new podcast to create a lasting impact on PHS.

Senior Srinitha Arikati is a first year reporter for ENO. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends or watching movies with family. Through ENO, she hopes to work on her skills and get involved with the community more.

Trisha Panicker, ENO Editor-in-Chief
Trisha Panicker is a senior and this is her second year working for ENO, now as the Editor-in-Chief. She loves the town of Prosper and engages with the local community through her reporting. In addition, she is part of the PHS speech and debate team. In her free time, she enjoys going to coffee shops and reading.
