Inside out is a podcast where we talk about mental health at PHS, what the challenges are and how to cope with it. With this, the podcast will discuss our emotional, psychological, and social well-being, which impacts how we think, feel and act, and is crucial for handling stress, relating to others and making choices at every life stage.
This podcast hopes to provide resources to students struggling with mental illness by talking about the importance of mental health. This episode includes counselors Stephanie Clayton and Megan Howell who take a deep dive into how they help students. Hoping to reach a broader audience, host Amelia Hamilton and producer Srinitha Arikati start this new podcast to create a lasting impact on PHS.
