Volunteer coordinator Jenn Scott says the ManeGait equine center helps children and adults with disabilities move beyond their boundaries through interacting with horses and the professional community the organization offers. The main facilities are located near Prosper on North Custer Road in McKinney, but it also sponsors community events, including its annual gala, which takes place at The Hub in Little Elm. “If I had to describe ManeGait in one word,” Scott said, “the word I would use is blessing.”
