- Senior students and parents, here’s an opportunity to be recognized in Prosper High School’s print newspaper, Eagle Nation Times. ENT is selling ads featuring seniors, which will be published in the next issue. More info can be found by scanning the QR code.
- Get ready for a night of style, creativity, and innovation at our first-ever district-wide Fashion Show! Join us on Thursday, May 1st, at 6:30 p.m. in the Prosper High School Auditorium as we showcase the incredible designs of students from Prosper, Rock Hill, and Walnut Grove High School. From unique fashion pieces to stunning runway moments, this is an event you won’t want to miss! Come support our talented student designers and experience the world of fashion right here at PHS. Admission is free, so bring your friends and family for an unforgettable evening. We’ll see you on the runway.
Prom is Saturday, May 3rd, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Marriot Legacy Town Center. Prom king and queen will be announced that evening. Tickets are out right now, but ticket sales end April 30th or until tickets sell out – tickets will not be sold at the door. Spots are running out so buy them before they fill up.
- There will be another send off this Friday for track athletes at 10 a.m.. Remember to cheer loud for them before they travel to represent Prosper in Austin.
- Freshmen, sophomores, and juniors will have to turn in Chromebooks and chargers by the last day of school to prepare them for the upcoming year. If you are going to summer school, you may keep your Chromebook and charger over the summer. Seniors turn in Chromebooks on May 15th. - FCA is hosting a girls only night tonight, April 28th, from 6-7:30 p.m. This will take place at the Prosper MPF. This meeting will have a guest speaker, games, and food along with door prizes. The FCA boys only night will take place later next month.
- ENO has two of its own staff members who participated in region I-6A UIL academics going to state, Jake Radcliffe for copy-editing, and Trisha Panicker for spelling with the spelling team. State will take place on May 19th. These two have worked extra hard to make it to state. If you see them in the hallways please be sure to congratulate them.
- The Prosper Band is having a top brand mattress sale on May 4th with a portion of the proceeds going to support the band program. The sale is not exclusive to band parents and is open to the public from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. There are all sizes, brands, and firmness levels available and premium mattresses that include beauty rest and purple. The showroom will be in the Band Hall, located in the fine arts hallway. Home delivery is also available as well even for homes not in Prosper. Stop by that Sunday to help support a great cause for the band.
- The Prosper Talonettes performed their spring show called “The Game of Life” last Friday and Saturday, April 25-26. The Talonettes and Eaglettes both performed different routines they’ve done throughout the school year. They also performed solos, along with new routines for seniors, captains, and shows to fit the theme. Please remember to congratulate your 2024–2025 senior Talonettes for a great season.
- There’s a senior skip day and senior lunch this Friday, May 2nd. Reminder that the skip is not an excused absence!
- Reminder that Prosper High School seniors will be hosting a ‘senior sunset’ on May 19 at 7:30 p.m. at the Frontier Pavillion. Seniors are encouraged to wear something that represents their plans for next year.
