Pictured+above+is+the+send-off+that+took+place+Feb.+16+at+8%3A50.+The+send-off+celebrated+the+advancement+to+state+competitions+by+DECA%2C+Eagle+Production+Group%2C+wrestling+and+swim+and+dive.+After+attendance%2C+students+were+told+to+line+the+upper+and+lower+main+halls+to+cheer+for+the+teams+as+they+walked+from+the+auditorium+to+the+arena.

Pictured above is the send-off that took place Feb. 16 at 8:50. The send-off celebrated the advancement to state competitions by DECA, Eagle Production Group, wrestling and swim and dive. After attendance, students were told to line the upper and lower main halls to cheer for the teams as they walked from the auditorium to the arena.

  • Prosper High School will host the Eagle Idol Talent Show Wednesday, March 1. Submissions to participate in this year’s talent show are due no later than Wednesday, Feb. 22.
  • Cheer tryouts will be held Feb. 27 – March 3. The mandatory informational meeting will be held Feb. 2 at 6:30 p.m. in the cafeteria.
HOPE Squad
  • SNHS Fall ’22 and Spring ’23 induction ceremony will be held Feb. 16 at 6 p.m.
  • The application window for the PHS National Honor Society opened Jan. 13 and will close Feb. 24. All information needed can be found on the Prosper High School National Honor Society page, or students can reach out to Mrs. Rutledge.
  • Feb. 20 is a professional learning day.
  • Feb. 21 is a B day, and that week as well as the following week will be a B week.
  • FFA is holding a truck contest that is open to all students as part of National FFA Week. Students can submit photos of their truck here in three different categories: ugliest truck, cleanest (interior and exterior) and fan favorite. Voting will occur on the Prosper FFA Instagram throughout the day on Thursday, Feb. 23 and awards will be presented at the FFA meeting that same evening at 5:15 p.m.
