While fans thrash together, lead singer and guitarist, Tyler Ross plays a solo from the song, ‘Flush’ from Laredo Two’s new EP ‘Poison’. Debuting the band’s three new songs released Aug. 27, fans from all over the DFW area united together in Flower Mound for the band’s biggest show yet at Thrash Fest Aug. 24. The trio will be playing at DV8 in Plano, Tx Dec. 11. “My favorite part of Laredo Two’s shows is the unity within the audience,” photographer Gracie Archibeque said. “It truly feels like a big family”.

    • Junior Ring Ceremony dues are due Nov. 15. The Junior ring ceremony will be held Nov. 17.
    • This year’s Thanksgiving Break will be held Nov. 21 — 25.
    • PHS boys soccer tryouts will be held Nov. 28 — 30. There will be an additional day of tryouts Dec. 1 if needed. Meet at the MPF by 4:15 p.m. each day for tryouts. You must have a completed physical on file with the athletic trainers to participate.
    • Walnut Grove Beam Signing at the Children’s Health Stadium will take place Nov. 16.
    • The NHS scholarship form is due Nov. 30.
    • The 2nd Annual Winter Classic Ping Pong Tournament (Singles & Doubles – Double Elimination Tournaments) will be held Dec. 3. Pizza & Popcorn will be provided. Singles Tournament starts at 10 a.m. and Doubles Tournament starts at 1 p.m.
    • ACC is holding their November meeting Nov. 14 afterschool in room 2127.
    • The National Technical Honor Society will meet at 8:15 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. in room 1251, Nov. 11.
