Donning purple and pink clothing, students cheer at a football game. The last home game of the season will take place Oct. 31. The Eagles will be competing against Princeton High School. The theme of the game is neon.

During a triathlon race, senior Eli McWard completes the cycling distance. The order of the races starts with swimming, then biking, then running. "A good support team has been the backbone for whenever anything is both going great, but also not going great," McWard said. "I think especially through the lows when you're doubting yourself, they're the ones reminding you – you love this sport, not because of your performances and how well you're doing at races, but because you enjoy waking up every day, and training and pushing yourself to find new limits."

In front of the fire station sign, Prosper Police Department Chief Doug Kowalski, junior Christina Krasnova, senior Parker Reynolds, junior Isabel Multer, senior Riley McConnell, Fire Department Assistant Chief Shaw Eft and Fire Department Chief Stuart Blasingame finish off the training hosted at the Children's Health Stadium. Reporters from ENN and ENO got to attend the training for Prosper PD, FD, FBI, PISD and others. A slideshow and story will publish on the specifics of the mock event.

At the game against Mckinney Boyd High School, seniors Gretchen Teigen and Charlotte Walley stand on the sideline of the field dressed for the 'Pink Out' theme. October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. Student Council honored PHS staff who overcame breast cancer by giving them gift baskets during the pep rally on Oct. 13.

The Prosper Marching Band placed first at the Plano East Marching Invitational held on Sept. 30. This year their band show name is "Deep in the Heart of Texas."

As his name is announced, senior Parker Browning celebrates winning homecoming king with his mom Jennifer Browning. Browning won king with senior queen Brianna Marler. Browning is on the varsity football team and Marler is the captain of the Talonettes drill team. More homecoming photos will publish tomorrow, too.

Lining the hallway wall, the Talonettes' door decoration presents a theme based on the Taylor Swift "Eras" tour. Every advisory class had the opportunity to decorate their doors in a music theme for the homecoming door decoration contest. One of the spirit days also allowed students to decorate in Taylor Swift outfits.

Cross country
