- Senior students and parents, here’s an opportunity to be recognized in Prosper High School’s print newspaper, Eagle Nation Times. ENT is selling ads featuring seniors, which will be published in the next issue. More info can be found by scanning the QR code.
- HOSA will host a blood drive through Carter Blood Care to collect donations for area hospitals. If you are a senior who has donated two times during your senior year, you will receive a Blood Drive Honor cord through Carter Blood Drive. Please see Mrs. Factor if you have any questions about donating. Must be at least 16 years old (must have permission) or 17 and older (without permission). You can sign up during lunches outside the PHS cafeteria.

To piggyback off that, ENN also went to Austin last week because we had four films qualify for the UIL Young Filmmakers State Championships. We came home with the following awards:
State Champion for Nobelity – Isaac by Trip Breslin (The Nobelity Award recognizes films that promote positive social changes)
State Runner-Up in Documentary – Isaac by Trip Breslin
State Runner-Up in Animation – Astaroth by Rocco Spampinato
Second Runner-up in Animation – 5 Stages of Sandwich by Ruy Liao
State Qualifier for Narrative – What Happened to Us? by Cade Johnson, Dhruvi Tank, Karina Morris, Nathan Phillips, Trip Breslin, Ryan Zreik
The incredibly talented
Young broadcasters and filmmakers of THE Prosper High School won EIGHT AWARDS at the Student Television Network National Convention in Tampa Bay, Florida! This is considered one of the (if not THE) most competitive radio/television/film high school events in the nation (a record-breaking 3500+ kids were in attendance!). Please congratulate these kids when you see them: they worked their hearts out!

- THE Prosper High School Student Council earned an Outstanding rating from TASC (Texas Association of Student Councils) this weekend. (The only campus in our district to win this rating) If you see or have these students, please congratulate them on their hard work all year, both as StuCo Officers and on their reports from the awesome activities they plan for our school. Thank you guys for your continued support!
