In a digital graphic made by senior Juliana Cruz, “Who’s Got Aux?,” is the title of the podcast, created by last year’s hosts, 2023 graduates Gianna Galante and Mithra Cama. In this episode, with new hosts, senior Riley McConnell and Cruz, introduce each other to music the other has not heard before. They discuss their opinions after each song is played.

In this revised season of “Who’s Got Aux?,” Episode 3, senior Juliana Cruz introduces Modern R&B artists such as Masati, a local artist located in Dallas, Texas, who writes his own music and is a multi-instrumentalist and a popular singer known for his introspective lyrics. Senior Riley McConnell introduces a fan-favorite singer-songwriter and rapper, Frank Ocean. Today’s songs included “Intoxicated Truth” and “Paralyzed” by Masati and “Forrest Gump” by Frank Ocean.

Arms outstretched, junior Faith Tull and sophomore Brooklyn Reeves reach the climax of their performance. The pair performed I Know Where Ive Been from Hairspray. The song is basically about marching for freedom for black people and no more segregation, Tull said. Its really just the characters talking about how there is a plan, that there has been suffering, that there are things that they need to do and that they can do it together.
Theatre students perform songs, monologues, scenes at Cabaret
As he jumps onto junior Jai Akash Gopikrishnan Kumudavallis back, junior Ajay Adithyan spends time with his friends at the Indian Student Association Holi celebration. The best part of this is meeting the community and just having fun, Adithyan said. We get to meet up with friends and enjoy cultural activities together.
Students highlight culture through colors
While working on his latest project, music producer and freshman Mark Carbajal creates another original piece. Carbajal has created background music for multiple video games and short films. I try to find this like this nice relaxing and kind of lush sound, Carbajal said. Once I get it, my mind opens all these possibilities on what I can do.

In a a graphic made my senior Juliana Cruz, displays a playlist of what music is involved in the episode. It includes a local Indie Rock band and fan-favorite Rock band. Todays songs were Flush and Poison by Laredo Two and Now and Then by the Beatles.

After golf regionals, sophomore Erica Lee, junior Kendall Simms, freshman Tatum Churchman, freshman London Pearson and junior Sophia Duque present their scores. The team finished fifth and were district champions. Churchman led with a score of 71.

Juliana Cruz, a former native New Yorker, is a senior at Prosper High School. This is her second year working for Eagle Nation Online and she serves as social media manager, news editor and Editor in Chief. She enjoys writing and wants to continue to expand her coverage. Riley McConnell, Chief Operating Officer
Riley McConnell is a senior at Prosper High School and is the Chief Operating Officer for Eagle Nation Online. This is her third year on staff and is involved in the Football Operations Department, an organization she is a founding member of. She is also the head photographer for the school's baseball team, alongside pursuing her personal photography career.
