Parent Education Committee hosts stress management event

The Prosper ISD and Parent Education Committee will host a free event for students and parents to help relieve stress.
The purpose of the event is to raise awareness for mental health issues, stress levels, exhaustion, anxiety, and depression. Eleven strategies to manage stress and self-care will be provided.
Doctor Sarah Feuerbacher, Clinic Director for the SMU Center for Family Counseling and Clinical Assistant Faculty of the SMU Masters of Counseling program, will be featured in the event.
There are two meetings planned on January 11, at 9:00-10:00 am and 6:00-7:00 pm. The event will be located at the Prosper ISD Administration Building, 605 East Seventh Street, Prosper, TX, 75078.
