Crystal Lagoon is a company that offers the authentic beach life experience. It was found by Fernando Fischmann a scientist whose main goal was to find a wide variety of industrial applications to fix world problems. Now, the company is looking to expand into Texas in five different places, one of them being Prosper.

The first was built in Rowlett, located across Interstate 30.

“Crystal Lagoon will be surrounded by a resort and marina, two condominium towers, luxury apartments, single-family homes,” said Crystal Lagoon officials. “There were also more than one million square feet of mixed-use retail, entertainment, and restaurant and office space.”

The Crystal Lagoon in Prosper will be smaller and Craig Martin, the founding partner of the Terra Verde group, is on the Windsong Ranch developer side.

“We think it will increase our sales velocity,” Crystal Lagoon officials said. “We will capture an even greater share of the market.”

The residents of Windsong will be able to experience the tropical look of Crystal Lagoon.

“What you have when it is completed is something that really does look like a beach in the virgin Islands,” Martin said. “It has sand beaches all down one side and it doesn’t have the feeling of a swimming pool.”

Martin went on to describe his goals for the project.

“We believe the crystal clear lagoon and its tremendous social appeal will create additional interest from homebuyers,” Martin said. “It will also bring significant value to our residents.”
