As she stands outside of the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror at Disneys Hollywood Studios in Orlando, Florida, Audrey Hightower plays the part of her role as a Bellhop. She started working with Disney through the Disney College Program. Hightower emphasizes that this program has given her opportunities for her career. The Disney College Program has helped steer me along a clearer path to what I would like to do professionally, Hightower said. Having the opportunity to get my foot in the door at such a world-renowned and prestigious company like Disney at such a young age is incredible and Im so thankful.

Yerram has been playing soccer for as long as he can remember, and he continues to use this sport as part of his inspiration for medicine. “I believe what we do as an organization at school and in the US will give hope and support to women that have breast cancer,” Yerram said. “I think this will help them push and strive to survive. Because at the end of the day our lives (are what) matter the most.”

With her American host family, the Oyakawas, junior Ayana Breternitz stands on the far right for a family picture. Breternitz began staying with her host family only a week before school started, around the week of Aug. 4. In the beginning, like the first two weeks of school, I was really excited to go back, Breternitz said. Now, it’s pretty good. I feel comfortable here. My host family makes me feel like I am a real part of their family.
