Before her competition, Yuktha Pemmasani – like other candidates – gets ready to present her campaign posters. The theme of my campaign was the main thing (that) stood out from everyone else, Pemmasani said. I chose a bachelor theme, which was really outside of the box. District 7 is one of the largest DECA districts in the US, so Pemmasani faced challenges in leading the constantly growing district. Pemmasani has already put thought into her plan for District 7 next year.

Popular artist SZAs new album SOS engages listeners. The album released on Dec. 9. Everyone was excited about the album, said junior Riley McConnell. SZA is loved by so many people, so this album was exciting to a lot of people.

A portrait of model Qui Yasuka, the album cover of Her Loss by Drake and 21 Savage, was photographed by Paris Aden about three years ago. Her Loss has brought uproar from fans, some absolutely loving it and others left disappointed. Her Loss is a masterpiece, senior Wyatt Andrews said. 21 Savage really displays his talent within his discography working with Drake on this staple album. Drake also showed how diverse he can be with how many different flows and beats he switches on and off to seamlessly. If you dont like it, your loss.

Talking to the students, BSU social media directors and juniors Jayden Sanders and Taylor Howell present at the first meeting of the year. Members founded the group last year and started 2022-23 by introducing their new officers Aug. 22. “I look forward to evolving from last year,” Sanders said. “I feel like every year we’re going to get better, bigger and stronger.”
