With Richland High School getting ready to open its doors next school year, student reporters Eli Deutsch, Elizabeth Cohorn, and Srihitha Madepalli sat down with Dr. Croy on Jan. 30 to ask questions about the opening of Richland High School. Throughout the interview, they discuss the new teachers coming and the courses students will be able to take. Student reporters join principal, discuss future plans
To learn more about Richland High School, Eli Deutsch, Elizabeth Cohorn, and Srihitha Madepalli interviewed Dr. Lute Croy about the whole process of getting teachers for Richland High School. Dr. Croy gives insight to new things coming as well as keeping traditions. “We had a good interview,” Deutsch said. “We asked a lot of questions, and he gave us good answers about the new high school.”

Eli Deutsch, Reporter
A new staff member of Eagle Nation Online, freshman Eli Deutsch will be covering sports and other stories. You can find him playing baseball or hanging out with his friends. This year is Eli’s first year as apart of the Eagle nation online newspaper team. He is excited to start working on stories and articles for eagle nation online. Eli also wants to also take photos and cover sporting events for the school.
Elizabeth Cohorn, Reporter
Sophomore Elizabeth Cohorn can be found dancing as a line member of the Prosper Talonettes Drill Team, completing her annual goal of reading 150 books, baking, and listening to music. This is her first year working on Eagle Nation Online as a reporter, and joined ENO because of her passion for writing. Her love for writing started in third grade with her first short story titled “Kindness Counts” and as a member of the staff, she is most excited about writing feature articles.
Srihitha Madepalli, Reporter
Srihitha Madepalli, originally from Frisco, Texas, is a sophomore at Prosper High School. This is her second year working for Eagle Nation Online, serving as a reporter. Outside of school, she loves to listen to music, dance, and hang out with friends and family. She hopes to expand her knowledge and skills of writing and photography through ENO.
Coming in from Tampa, Florida, Daniel Brown is a senior at Prosper High School entering his first year in Eagle Nation Online. I ran track back at home just like the rest of my family. My cousin went to Texas Tech so i plan to follow in her foot steps after i graduate.
