Gathering together, all their senior tennis players and their families capture their moment of recognition. Among the seniors is Aaditya Ananth who began playing tennis at the age of 10 when he was put in clinics. "Tennis has been such a huge part of my high school experience," Ananth said. "Being a senior, it feels really special (since) I get to look back on all the hard work, the friendships and all the goofy memories on and off the court. I love the sport because it challenges me mentally as an individual."

As the color guard performs its routine, junior spirit leader and sophomore Nathanial Crabtree claps to encourage the audience. The spirit leaders usually have a week before the pep rally to officially decide what they want to do at the event. "We figured out Tuesday what we're running through, and then Thursday, we met up for advisory and switched it up," Crabtree said. "We had lots of last minute changes."
