As he pins a dress, senior Garret Gray prepares an entry for a design competition. Tiffany Sanchez leads the Fashion Design classes at PHS. "This is our first time FCCLA (Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America) has competed in quite some time, if ever," Sanchez said. "Next, state competition is April 11-13." In this program, four students ended up advancing to state.

Hooked up to the machine that collects your blood, senior Nicole Rendon waits as her blood is drawn. The blood drive was hosted by HOSA where they partnered with Carter Blood Care. “Honestly, I’ve never (donated blood) before, and I wanted to try it, and plus you get a chord too if you donate twice,” Rendon said. “I was nervous at first, but honestly it wasn’t that bad.”

"I've enjoyed working with everybody and making close connections and friends in 'Puffs,'" Sherman said. "This experience will help me in the future by helping me explore new characters that I play."
