Swim, dive honor seniors in last meet

Swim team competes with Plano East, boys come out on top
Taking a break, sophomore Jaylen Sharp and seniors Scott Fredrick, Paige Schultz, Caleb Audia and Adriana Hart grip the wall. After each set, swimmers get to rest. “The consistency in our warmups is what really helps our swimmers keep up in the warmups,” coach Lena Harrington said. “It allows me to walk away to handle other meet things, and they can keep up with their warmups.”
Varsity swim takes home second in FISD UIL Dual Champs Meet

To honor their seniors, the swim and dive team held their senior night on their last meet at home against Rock Hill Jan. 12, at 7 p.m. The next meet will be regionals, Jan. 20, at the Denton Natatorium.
