Students gather outside after the fire bells rang throughout Prosper High School at 10:23 on Thursday, Oct. 3. While the drill only lasted four minutes, it gave new students an insight into what is expected in the safety of our students. “It’s important that we have drills,” sophomore Christi Norris said. “When an emergency happens we will all be prepared to know what to do.”

Uplifting

  • The Prosper Robotics Team participated in two separate offseason tournaments. The STEM Gals team finished semifinalists in the first tournament. In the second tournament, a mixed team finished semifinalists.
  • Prosper Cheer and Student Council put up decorations for HOCO week before students came in for school on Monday, Oct. 15.

  • Prosper Football visited Spradley Elementary School to encourage the students a few weeks ago.
