Rain hits forecast for today, Wednesday

Today, Oct. 23, Weather.com is calling for a 20-percent chance of rain, and tomorrow the forecast holds an 80-percent chance for precipitation. So, the forecast also holds yet another chance to see umbrellas on Wednesday.
