The breaking-ground ceremony for the second high school, Rock Hill High was July 16. Administrators such as Assistant Superintendent Dr. Holly Ferguson gave speeches about the history of Prosper and spokespeople from construction companies explained how the school will look. The official mascot will be the Rock Hill Blue Hawk while the school colors will be blue and black.
