In front of the auditorium, a display of “Santa’s Bakery” sits. The school has winter break from Dec. 20 to 31. Then, students will return to school on Wednseday, Jan. 5.

Junior Pearson Catchpole walks on stage to introduce the audience to the Chorale Choir. “It’s a great turnout tonight,” Catchpole said before the concert, “we’re excited to to have this Christmas Concert just to bring everybody together, and create just a cohesive community with all these people around you. Alongside their advisers, Quill & Scroll inductees stand with veteran members to celebrate the society's induction ceremony Dec. 6. The selection for members consists of those who are "students who have excelled in the editorial, literary, business and multimedia departments of their high school media." "We want those who push the boundaries of journalism in their high schools to be welcomed into the Quill & Scroll society," Eagle Nation Online adviser Lisa Roskens said.
