Visual Column: Photojournalists gives ‘Earth Day’ evidence of area pollution
According to 17-year-old photojournalist Brian Bock, there are simple steps people can take "to help positively contribute to the earth and its environment," including ones that take little to no time at all. Some of the most simple actions follow: using reusable grocery bags, recycling, using transportations like walking or biking, staying away from plastic water bottles, conserving energy, using reusable batteries and not littering. “The world could and would be so much cleaner if everyone put in just a tiny amount of effort," Bock said.
