Girls cross country places 3rd overall at state meet
The girls cross country team displays their winnings after placing third at the UIL 6A state championship. Sophomore Aubrey O’Connell placed first, senior Tatum Castillo placed 21st and Alexis Svoboda placed 26th. O’Connell won the race and is this year’s 6A State Champion.

Grace Williamson is the 2020-2021 Editor-in-Chief of Eagle Nation Online. This is her third year on the school newspaper, and she was previously the 2019-2020 sports editor. She plans to strengthen the newspaper as a team, and help promote brilliant reporting and coverage this year. Following graduation, she plans to major in criminal justice at a currently undecided college.
