With the continued use of inappropriate action and for the protection of school property, the school has installed new bathroom doors that will lock down the bathroom. The doors began being installed Tuesday, Nov. 2. If theres emergencies, theres still a bathroom in the students main area, principal John Burdett said. Now, if we miscalculated that, and we start noticing that theres a line, well just open another bathroom. One bathroom (in each area) will stayed closed, at minimum.

Wearing a tank top, a student follows the updated dress code. The new dress code went into effect on Monday, Aug. 16, and had less stringent rules. Students must wear clothing, including both a shirt with pants or skirt, or the equivalent and shoes, the official dress code states. Clothing must cover undergarments and all tops but extend past the waistline — crop tops are not an allowable clothing item on campus.

Displayed on a desk in the journalism news room, the UIL journalism district champion trophy sits with other UIL medals from this year. UIL academic teams competed on Friday, March 26 and Saturday, March 27. As of right now, Prosper will win the district championship.
