As the conflicts in the Middle East continue to intensify and bad weather is predicted for Thanksgiving week, juniors Trisha Panicker and Aarushi Rana discuss different perspectives of current events. "Now, moving onto Thanksgiving because that's coming up in less than a week," Trisha said. "Are you guys excited for it?"

What’s up our current eventers and happy early Thanksgiving! This is the second weekly world wrap up with Trisha and Aarushi covering November 16 to November 21. In this episode, juniors Trisha and Aarushi discuss Oceania, the Middle East, California, Matt Gaetz, America’s commercial fishing industry, Alabama, Georgia, Texas politics & colleges, E. coli, bananas, Spirit Airlines, and finally, Thanksgiving weather. This episode is three days late due to technical difficulties but hope you all enjoy this!

Light from the "On Air" sign shines on a radio mic inside the vocal booth. Radio students record and edit their segments inside the sound-proof room. "It used to be that we would write our show on Monday, record our show on Wednesdays, then produce it on Friday and put it out," Caden Long said. "but this year it’s mostly just editing and imaging.”
Radio team broadcasts student voice through music, message
The Talon radio goes on air this semester. It is live 24 hours in a day, seven days in a week, every week of the year. "The incredibly talented students of the Radio/Digital Audio Technology I & II class have created an internet radio station quite literally from the ground up," Michal Hatch says. "There's a little bit of something for everyone."

Trisha Panicker is a junior and this is her first year as a reporter for ENO. She takes interest in politics and current events and hopes to express this through her writing. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her dog, Rusty, and playing the viola.
Aarushi Rana
Aarushi Rana, Reporter
Aarushi Rana, originally from Connecticut, is a junior at Prosper High School. This is her first year on Eagle Nation Online and she serves as a reporter. In her free time, she enjoys painting, reading and watching movies. Through ENO, she hopes to enhance her literature skills.
Yousuf Ali
Yousuf Ali, Graphic Designer
In his first year working with Eagle Nation Times and Eagle Nation Online, Yousuf Ali is a junior, and this marks his his third year as a graphic design student. He aims to sharpen his skills not only in design, but as a member of a team and help those around him improve too. Outside of school Yousuf, likes to draw, play sports and video games and binge watch tv shows.
