Prosper picked up their fourth straight victory Tuesday night after defeating The Colony 50-46. Once again, it was a total team effort from the entire lineup of Prosper. Josh Davis and Taveion White both lead the team in scoring with 12 points respectively. Kyle Jessen also added a solid 11 points of his own.

After trailing 23-18 at the half, the Eagles seemed to find the spark to fuel the victory. The boys finished off the Cougars by outscoring them 32-23 in the second half, making the final score 50-46.

With a win Tuesday, the race for the district title seems to be down to just Prosper and Little Elm. As Prosper keeps tallying up the wins, Little Elm continues to do the same. The Lobos won Tuesday against R.L. Turner 74-61 to keep their undefeated district record in tact. A week from Friday, Prosper and Little Elm will face off in what will probably be for the district championship.

To reach that point, Prosper has to win against Carrollton Creekview and Lake Dallas. Carrollton Creekview enters Friday vs the Eagles on a four game losing-streak. Even though their opponent looks weak on paper, the boys need to make sure that they don’t let up mentally and physically. Tip-off is set for 7:30 in the Eagle’s Nest Friday as Prosper aims for their fifth straight.
