Student athletes commit to colleges in early signing day
Celebrating her signing day with family, senior Taylor Youtsey sports her gold sweatshirt. Youtsey signed to play volleyball for Cal Poly. "I think it was really cool to see all of the athletes and to recognize all of their hard work," Youtsey's brother, Cameron Youtsey, said.

A total of 22 athletes signed, which makes Nov. 11 a record-breaking signing day in school history. Students set up tables, displaying their school colors, decorated with pictures, balloons and treats.

Caroline Wilburn, Sports Editor
Caroline Wilburn, a senior, has lived in Prosper, Texas, since 2010. This is her second year on staff, and she holds the position of sports editor this year. In addition, she serves on the editorial board for Eagle Nation Online. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with friends, family and her dogs. She also plays for the varsity tennis team and looks forward to combining her love for sports and journalism together.

Alyssa Clark, Executive Opinion Editor
Alyssa Clark is a senior, and this is her second year on staff. She was the social media director last year, and can't wait to direct the opinion page this year. In her free time, she can be found grabbing coffee with friends, or playing with her dogs. She plans on attending college after high school, and to major in psychology.
