A famous barn from the Mormon Row district of Grand Teton National Park stands at the foot of the mountains. Settlers established Mormon Row in 1890. The settlement was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.

An escape to the Wyoming wilderness

This photo essay is a summary of my trip to Pinedale, Wyoming, The Wind Rivers, and Teton National Park. My family has owned a small cabin on the edge of Fremont Lake in Wyoming for the last 60 years, and this summer we decided to take a summer trip there. The hidden beauty of Wyoming caught my eye, and I knew that this would be a wonderful photography opportunity. I tried to capture in these pictures how I felt when I was in these beautiful places. Not only did I feel at peace, but I experienced a renewed energy that can only come from time spent in nature.
