- Valentines Day is on Feb. 14!
- Students will have a four day weekend on Feb. 14 – Feb. 17.
- The Talonettes will compete at Crowd Pleasers Regionals on Feb. 14 & Feb. 15 at Timber Creek High School.
- The 2025–2026 Drill Team Informational Meeting is Feb. 27 at 6 p.m. in the PHS Auditorium.
- The Prosper Education Foundation is offering scholarships to Prosper ISD students taking dual credit classes in the 2025–2026 school year. The application window will be from February 10th through February 28th. If interested, apply here.

Our Prosper Women’s Basketball team completed the season as the district champions and heads into the playoffs with our first game being tonight. We have what is probably the best girls basketball game in the state as we are the Maxpreps #10 Ranked team in the state and our opponent is the #3 team in the state. We would love to see you there and have your support. They will be competing against Guyer at6 p.m. at Colony High School.

- Happy Valentines Day!
- This past weekend, 11 of our wrestlers competed at the UIL Region 2 6A tournament. Of those 11, 6 wrestlers qualified for the UIL State Tournament in Houston this coming weekend. Both teams finished inside of the top ten, with the boys placing 6th, and the girls placing 7th.
- The Lady Eagle Powerlifters competed in the Denison YellowJacket Powerlifting meet on the eighth. Alyssa Gallaway and Savannah Vineyard both medaled for the Lady Eagles.
- Nine of the speech and debate students have qualified for the National Speech & Debate Tournament this June!

- Over the weekend, we had our Regional Swim and Dive meet in which we were able to get some kids qualified for state. In the Women’s 200 Medley relay and 400 Free relay the team of Georgia Wimberly, Kensie Albrecht, Addison Johnson and Ava Goodwill qualified in both events (new school records). On the individual side Georgia Wimberly has qualified in the 200 yard free and 500 yard freestyle. Addison Johnson in the 50 free and lastly Pierce McHam in the Mens 1 meter dive. Overall the boys finished eighth and the girls third in Regionals.
- Fashion Design Students competed in the FCCLA (Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America) Region III Leadership Conference last Friday and represented Prosper High School. Out of five entries, three will be advancing to the state competition! This marks the first time in many years that Prosper ISD has had an active FCCLA chapter.

- Grace Peden & Garrett Gray, Fashion Design, 4th place, advancing to state (Garrett was unable to attend the competition but put in a lot of hours working on the fashion illustrations, portfolio and hand embroidering the top.)
