Jennifer Spaur

Jennifer Spaur joins to teach Dual Credit College Algebra and Algebra II this year.

1.What did you do before Prosper and/or teaching?

“I have taught for 27 years in five other districts. Most recently I was teaching at the Colony High School in Lewisville ISD.”

2. What’s the craziest thing that has happened while teaching or in your past career?

“I went on a cruise a few year ago and one of my students ended up on the same cruise. We had no idea until we saw each other on one of the tours.”

3. Favorite part about teaching?

“I love the interaction with the students. It is so great getting to know so many wonderful young people.”

4. Goal for yourself and your students this year? 

“My goal is to help all of my students reach their full potential. I would like them all to be the best possible version of themselves.”
