1. What did you do before Prosper and/or teaching?
“I was teaching in McKinney. I taught there for two years, and then I also taught at a private school previously to that, and then I taught in Plano as well.”
2. What’s the craziest thing that has happened while teaching or in your past career?
“Something impactful is when you see the students have their ‘aha’ moment, and you know that they get what you’re trying to teach. You see it in their eyes.”
3. Favorite part about teaching?
“The student interaction.”
4. Goal for yourself and your students this year?
“My goal is obviously to survive my first school year here at Prosper, but also just to be a good teacher and have my students feel like my door is always open to them and know that they can come to me.”
