The golf team competed Monday and Wednesday this week and had a great showing, placing 1st and 3rd as a team. Multiple people placed in the top ten individually.

Junior Marco Punzo placed 2nd overall with 69 on the first day and a 77 the second day.

Junior Drew Thompson placed 3rd overall shooting, a 75 and 76 over the two days and he will also advance to regionals as a medalist.

Six of the 12 people Prosper brought to district placed in the top ten all district. Marco Punzo 2nd, Drew Thompson 3rd, Cole Lantz 5th, Cameron Merryman 6th, Jacob Strong 8th and Cooper Hicks 9th.
