Sitting still for the artist, a young girl receives a holiday face painting. The annual "Christmas on the Square" festival in downtown Celina, Texas was held Dec. 2. The event featured festivities, including horse-drawn carriages, bounce houses, Christmas carolers and face painting.

Student council has made $2 candy cane grams available for purchase during lunches on Dec. 4, 8, and 10. Grams will be delivered during finals week.
