The staff of the Prosper Fire Department stand heads bowed in remembrance of the lives lost in the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. This fire station is located on East First Street. Community members in attendance were asked to comply with social distancing guidelines.

September is National Preparedness Month, and PISD has made a week-by-week agenda which starts with week one’s commitment to make a plan to communicate

In respect for National Suicide Prevention Week, Hope Squad created a themed dress up day for each of the school week. Students should dress as tacky tourists on Tuesday, students should wear yellow for Hope Day on Wednesday, camouflage day is meant to encourage people to not hide in their mental health on Thursday and to respect and honor those who lost their lives on Sept. 11, 2001, students should wear purple on Friday
