Junior Reagan Newton dances to “I Will Always Love You” by Whitney Houston. Last month, the United Cultural Society hosted the Black History Month “Kingdoms and Contributions” assembly. At the event, which was held in the arena Feb. 24, the Talonette officers honored Houston and other artists with a dance performance.

Morgan Reese was born in Dallas, Texas and moved to Prosper in 2018. She is a senior and this is her third year as a staff member for Eagle Nation Online. She hopes to become a better journalist and express her passions through her work on Eagle Nation Online. In her free time, she enjoys photography, reading, writing and playing guitar. After high school, she plans to become an English teacher.
