Tennis team serves up first win in districts
Junior varsity tennis player, Andrew Kochevar, serves the ball at McKinney North opponent. “Our team is working extremely hard during practice and they are pushing each other too. It’s great to see,” head Coach Mandy Weaver said. “Coach Cunningham and I are both excited about this season.” The Varsity team takes on McKinney Boyd High School at home Tuesday, September 10.

Caroline Wilburn is currently a senior and has lived is Prosper, TX since 2010. This is her second year on staff and she looks forward to being sports editor this year. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with friends, family and her dogs. She also currently plays for the varsity tennis team and looks forward to combining her love for sports and journalism together.
